Litter bugs exist in all parts of our city and neighborhoods. We also have several living in our developments who have abused the privilege by throwing and/or discarding their unwanted trash, paper, wrappers, toys, bottles, and cans wherever last used around their apartment, on our grounds, or the wooded areas surrounding their area. All residents are responsible for the immediate 15' area in front, beside, or behind their units. 

We have several employees who work on an hourly basis to pick up the trash left by these residents, who have no consideration for their development site and its appearance.

If a citation is issued to one of your household residents for littering in our development, it could result in your lease being cancelled. Additionally, if our employees must be used to remove the trash from in and around your apartment, a charge of $25 for their time will be added to your account.

HELP US STOP THE LITTER BUGS! Report those who litter to your development office. Don't be the first to lose your apartment because of littering.
